The
Success Zone
Quote Of The Day

"The will to win, the
desire to succeed, the urge to reach
your full potential… these are the keys
that will unlock the door to personal
excellence."
Eddie Robinson |
You’ve probably heard the expression “in the zone,”
often in connection with an athlete or sportsman who
is totally focused upon their goal. However,
everybody can get “into the zone” with regard to any
goal they are pursuing and when you find yourself in
this state you allow nothing to get in your way;
which is very different to the times when you think
that you’re on track and have done everything right
only to find that whatever can go wrong, does. So
here are a few additional ideas for building on your
positive success habits and getting you “into the
zone for success.”
You must understand that the path from where you
are to where you want to be is not always smooth
or straight. When you hit those inevitable bumps
in the road, only your character, attitude and
commitment to your success will help you stay
“in the zone”.
Momentum is the ability to continue succeeding
and build upon past successes that you’ve had.
Most people understand that when they enjoy some
success (big or small), it encourages them and
helps confirm in their own mind that they can
repeat that success again at will. Salesmen
already know this since it is how they make
their living.
When you unlock the key to your own success
(whatever you decide that is for you), you’ll
suddenly discover that nothing else matters or
distracts you because you develop a laser like
focus on your desired outcome and nothing will
stop you.
Everyone has the ability to choose whether to be
happy or miserable at any point in time and how
you decide to choose will affect your life for
better or worse. When you decide to be happy,
you’ve chosen to identify with an attitude to
life that exudes who you are and where you are
going.
And by choosing to jump over to the positive
side of the fence, you are more likely to
achieve success. And remember, success is much
more than just wealth. By being positive, you’ve
chosen to remember and live by your successes
rather than your failures every day.
If you have a plan that seems to go against
conventional wisdom and yet you believe deep
down in your soul that you KNOW it will work,
then follow your gut instincts. Experts are
wrong all the time – as evidenced by changes in
medicine over time and almost weekly in the
stock market! So don’t listen to the nay sayers
and “experts” – do you own research and base
your decisions upon your own intelligent
conclusions!
